Zinner & Company was created by Joe Zinner after more than 20 years of progressively senior sales and marketing management responsibilities with high technology organizations including Rogers Wireless, Bell ExpressVu, AT&T Canada, Digital Equipment Corporation and Xerox. Joe has been a key member of senior executive teams launching new products and establishing new and innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Prior to Zinner & Company, Joe was a partner with two international search firms. Joe values and actively cultivates the personal dimensions of his professional relationships, basing these relationships on trust and a commitment to client leadership. His relationships with established and emerging organizations have helped his clients recruit candidates with the right blend of management, technical and leadership skills.

His client engagements have covered a broad range of industries and functional areas including advanced technology, communications, utilities, not-for-profit, multi-media and consumer products. As a seasoned professional, Joe understands the transformational effect that exceptional leadership can have on an organization.

He is a strong supporter of community and not-for-profit organizations; he has been a Board Member of Reach for the Rainbow, Canadian Special Olympics, Sports Celebrities Festival, Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, Unionville Festival Corporation and a Loaned Executive to the United Way.

Joe holds an Economics degree from the University of Toronto. Joe resides in Unionville, Ontario, with his wife Maureen and has two grown daughters. In his spare time, Joe has a special passion for golf, travel, reading and gardening.
